Immo Barneda Roses . This cozy 45m² holiday apartment provides comfort and exceptional light with stunning sea views. Located just 300 meters from the spectacular "Playa de Canyelles", one of the best beaches in Roses, this accommodation is ideal for families and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people.
The apartment has a fully equipped independent kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. In addition, it has a charming 6m² terrace with garden furniture and an iron to enjoy meals outdoors. It also has modern amenities such as satellite television and outdoor parking in the same building.
We offer the option of bringing your own sheets and towels from home, or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.
