This cozy, recently built two-bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 people and has an area of 60 m² +25 m2. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The first room is equipped with a double bed of 1.50 and the second the same bed 1.50. The cozy and modern living-dining room has a sofa, living room furniture, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker. It also has an iron for clothes. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, community pool, covered parking in the same building.

The accommodation is located in a residential area within an urbanization, 2 km from the city, 20 km from the train station, 800 m from the sandy beach, 700 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the station of buses, 60 k Girona airport. Roses is an important tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, among which Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment.
Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the price of the reservation.
