Sheets and towels have an extra supplement, they are not included in the price of the reservation.
In the residence there is an elevator, community pool and parking space assigned to each floor. The Garage door measures Width 304cm wide and 198cm. high, while the parking space measures 510cm long and 253cm. Wide.
Roses is a town with a Mediterranean essence and a marked tourist and seafaring tradition. Located in a unique natural environment, north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The large tourist center, with housing estates, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and sports) is an attractive and prominent place in the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Rosas includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. Its offer of activities and attractions is very suggestive for all types of travelers. Driving a go-kart, enjoying a day at the water park, playing miniature golf, sailing aboard the boats that make excursions to Cap de Creus and Cadaqués or taking a ride on the tourist train are just some of the possibilities that Roses proposes to spend the hours of leisure.
