Duplex penthouse apartment on the 4th floor, brand new and very well equipped with neat and modern decoration, all comfort, attention to all details, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Linen is not included, but you can rent it. - Very nice living/dining room with large bay window opening onto the terrace with panoramic sea view. Two sofas, table, 6 chairs, sideboard and side tables. Convenient. Satellite TV (channels in all languages).
