This superb typical and detached house located on a plot of 500 m² planted with Mediterranean species is located on the Costa Brava in the town of Roses, 400 m² from the very pretty beach of Canyelles petite.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located on the hillside. Canyelles beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava, is 2 minutes away by car or 400 meters downhill on foot.
Summary: A beautiful modern and comfortable villa of 140m² able to accommodate up to 8 people with numerous terraces, a very pretty private swimming pool designed to accommodate young and old.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one suite). It is furnished and decorated with care and a lot of taste is brought to the details.
There is satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning, household linen not provided can be rented from us (25 euros per person).
