With an unbeatable location, everything you need is just a step away: the sandy beach, a variety of shops and restaurants, all without the need to use a car. You can do everything on foot.

The 73 m² house offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. The house has a spacious 40 m² terrace, an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, relax with a good book, or share an outdoor meal.

In the accommodation you will find a washing machine for your convenience, as well as an iron for ironing clothes. Additionally, you have a garage in the same building, providing a safe place for your vehicle. To keep the house cool and pleasant, we have two fans.

The living room is a cozy place to relax, with a television with satellite channels. The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker to start your mornings with energy.
