The property offers access to a communal swimming pool and private outdoor parking in the same complex for your convenience. The fully equipped independent kitchen, with appliances including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the utensils and crockery you may need .
There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. In addition, we offer you the option of bringing your own sheets and towels, or for an additional supplement, we provide this service for your greatest comfort (€15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person).
This house is located in a quiet and privileged area of Roses, just 2 km from the spectacular sandy beach of "Platja dels palangrers", this house is the ideal destination for families looking for a seaside getaway.
