Precious 53m2 apartment with a large terrace with barbecue and spectacular views of the Bay of Roses, 15 minutes walk from the Canyelles Petites beach.
Upon entering, we find the dining room with direct access to the terrace, the kitchen completely independent.
It consists of two bedrooms, one with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
It has garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet access and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, one outdoor parking space and satellite TV.
The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.
The bed linen and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price.

On the first floor is the living room with the television and the second double bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub.
On the third floor is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inner pedestrian street.

There is a parking space located 10 minutes from the house.
