We are pleased to inform you that we have undertaken a major renovation to our property to further enhance your lodging experience. All of the home's exterior windows have been completely renovated, with a special focus on improving the soundproofing of the space.
This improvement has been specially designed to minimize any external noise, allowing you to fully enjoy your rest and relaxation in our accommodation.
It has 3 double bedrooms en suite and with wardrobes, one on each floor of the house. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of more than 20m² with a full bathroom and laundry room.
The open kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
On the first floor is the living room with television and the second double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.
On the third floor is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a small balcony that overlooks the interior pedestrian street.
Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the price of the reservation.
There is a parking space located 10 minutes from the house.
