To guarantee the reservation, the client must make a down payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount must be paid according to the conditions established before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: No penalty will be applied. The down payment will be refunded to the client.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: A penalty of 30% of the total rental amount will be applied, corresponding to the down payment already made.
No-show on the arrival day: The client will lose the down payment and will not be entitled to a refund.
Check-in to the property will be from 16:00 on the arrival day.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the departure day.
Any modifications to these times must be agreed upon with the agency in advance.
The occupancy of the accommodation may not exceed the number of people agreed upon in the reservation.
Parties and events that may cause disturbances to neighbors are not allowed.
Guests are requested to respect community rules and take care of the facilities.
A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded within 48 hours after departure, provided that no damage to the property is detected.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its facilities during their stay.
The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings within the accommodation.
